I want you to feel confident choosing Jackson Visual Co. If something about your finished gallery doesn’t feel right, let me know within seven days of delivery. I’ll work with you to make it right through reasonable re-editing or, when appropriate, a reshoot.
Guarantee applies to concerns within the photographer’s creative control and does not cover appearance preferences, weather, uncooperative participants, or circumstances outside the photographer’s control.Where We Go
Travel &
Locations
Travel within 40 miles of Raleigh, North Carolina, is included. For locations beyond 40 miles, a travel fee of $0.75 per additional mile, round trip, will apply. Locations more than 100 miles away or requiring overnight accommodations are subject to a custom travel quote. Any necessary parking, tolls, admission fees, permits, lodging, or other travel expenses will be disclosed and approved before being charged.

Which session should I choose?
Choose the card that matches what you want photographed. Engagements fit under Couples & Families, and personal branding headshots fit under Portraits & Headshots. If your plans cross more than one category, send me the details and I’ll point you to the best fit.
How do I reserve a date?
Send an inquiry through the booking form. Your date is secured after the session agreement is signed and any required retainer is received.
When will I receive my photographs?
Portrait collections are typically delivered within two weeks. Event and commercial timelines may vary and will be confirmed before booking.
Can you help me choose a location?
Absolutely. I can recommend locations around Raleigh and the greater Triangle based on the look, accessibility, and atmosphere you want.
Do you provide the unedited images?
Your final delivery includes every quality image selected from your session and professionally edited by us. You can request select unedited images.
